Customer wanted stand alone and autonomous modular hotel rooms to be placed in exceptional locations not necessarily connected to services

Solution

Developped an openside stand alone container with all creature comforts. Well insulated module with Low E double glazing and thermaly broken aluminum windows. High tech Composting Toilet and Grey Water filter system, Low flow fixtures, water tank, Solar PV and battery array to power LED lighting and pressure pump. Integrated water tank.
