Challenges
Design, engineer, build, ship and install 5 star modular hotel in 3.5 months. Install location at high altitude in remote location with poor access roads. Rooms had to be very high end and not in any way appear modular.
Solution
XCUBE designed and delivered modules finished inside and out exceeding luxury hotel standards for style, quality and durability. Interiors , windows, doors & facades and roof were completed 100% in the factory prior to dis-assembling. Trucking 3000 Km with no breakage. Modules were installed (2 days) and trimmed out in 5 days onsite. 100% of all that was needed for the hotel was shipped out of the XCUBE factory.
